The story behind Algorzen
Founded in 2024, Algorzen grew from a simple idea: business software should make work easier, not harder.
Our founder, Rishi (Ojas Singh), learned the hardest way possible that data doesn't lie—but broken pipelines do.
While juggling freelance data gigs and his third year of college, Rishi faced a constant problem: businesses were drowning in data but starving for insights. The tools were either too expensive, too complex, or too fragile. He knew there had to be a better, more intuitive way.
But he knew he couldn't build it alone. He rallied a small team of fellow students—a brilliant designer from the art department, a meticulous coder from computer science, and a savvy marketer from the business school. From a cramped dorm room and fueled by ambition (and probably too much coffee), Algorzen was born.
We cut our teeth on those early freelance gigs, learning the real-world data challenges that startups face. We weren't consultants from a giant firm; we were builders in the trenches, solving problems side-by-side with our first clients.
What started as a scrappy collective of multi-disciplinary students has grown into a dedicated team of data professionals. Despite our growth, we've never lost our core, hands-on ethos: building robust, no-nonsense data infrastructure that just works. We create the reliable foundation we wished we'd had, empowering businesses to stop fixing pipelines and start making decisions.
